A query entered into a tool operated by a third-party search provider is processed by that provider. McLeod County Court Docket does not maintain a database of search terms entered into those tools.

Information sent through an available contact channel may be retained to respond, maintain communications, or meet a legal obligation. It is not shared outside the organization except where law requires disclosure.

No Court-Record Data on File
McLeod County Court Docket does not host, compile, sell, or maintain a court-record database. MCRO is the public search for eligible Minnesota records, while McLeod County District Court Administration is the local custodian for certification. Judicial-record access is governed by Minn. Stat. § 13.90 and the Minnesota General Rules of Practice, Title VIII, not by this privacy policy.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside search providers run the tools placed on some pages. Information submitted to a provider is subject to that provider's own privacy terms, retention practices, and controls. Review those terms before submitting a search.
Links to Other Websites
Links to courts, court-administration pages, MCRO, legal resources, and other services lead to independently operated destinations. Their privacy policies apply after a visitor leaves McLeod County Court Docket.
